Greetings!

As we are on the heels of a new year, we have learned that year end is neither an end nor a beginning - but a going on.

As we continue on, please receive these words of wisdom from our Senior Pastor and the Elders of Freedom Christian Church.

  We are again coming to the close of another year. This present         year has been filled with many joys, tests, and victories. Hopefully,   as this year comes to a close, you will take some time and reflect     on the goodness of the Lord. Surely, God has been good to us!

  As we anticipate the upcoming year let’s begin to shake off and       detach those things which are not healthy or conducive to holy         living and hold fast to those things which are. Our lives should be a   constant pursuit to show the Lord our  gratitude for His gifts of         grace and mercy.

  Right now is the time to declare that we will give our all for Christ,   and in so doing let our desire be to produce fruit, more fruit, and       much fruit that the kingdom of God maybe glorified through us.         How can we produce fruit unto God? By attaching and remaining     attached to Christ, the “true vine”. Christ said, “Remain in me, and I will remain in you.”(John 15: 3 NIV).

  Most people spend their lives walking down a path that someone else envisioned       for them. True freedom comes by following the journey that God has mapped out     just for you because, “the steps of a righteous man are ordered by the Lord”.

  Following God's direction allows you to “just be”. Be what? Exactly what GOD       intended for you to be; thus, fulfilling the purpose for which you were created.  In     other words
  "Do You".

 Building up anticipation - the closer we get to God, the clearer things become.  Let's make it a year of near perfect vision!  Remember the road toward spirituality  is impossible without spiritual development.  We start this development by stepping  in the light, then confessing. 

 One of the main tools we need on the journey to development is a Map. For good  strong spiritual development read your map daily.  God's Word will help and is  essential in this development process.
