It is the mission of Freedom Christian Church to:

  1. Provide a place and an atmosphere where people of diversity may freely worship the Father.

    John 4:23 (NIV)
Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.

    2 Corinthians 3:17 (NIV)
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

    Galatians 3:28 (NIV)
There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

  2. Set the record straight by clearly defining God's requirements and separating God's laws from human traditions, putting them in their right perspectives.

    Isaiah 29:13 (NIV)
The Lord says: "These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is made up only of rules taught by men.

    2 Corinthians 3:17 (NIV)
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

  3. Guide people into an understanding of their gifts and talents by providing a platform where these gifts may be awakened and these talents invested.

    1 Corinthians 12:4-7 (NIV)
There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.

    2 Timothy 1:6-7 (ISV)
For this reason, I am reminding you to fan into flames the gift of God that is within you through the laying on of my hands. For God did not give us a spirit of timidity but one of power, love, and self-discipline.

    Matthew 25:28-30 (ISV)
Take the talent from him and give it to the man who has the ten talents. For to everyone who has something, more will be given, and he will have more than enough. But from the person who has nothing, even what he has will be taken away from him. Throw this useless servant into the outer darkness! In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

  4. Guide people into a personal relationship with the risen Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, by making disciples and not merely converts.

    Matthew 28:18-20 (NIV)
"...All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
